The Art Studio

This studio began as a collapsing barn and evolved into a light-filled creative haven. Originally used to teach children’s art classes, it was rebuilt with intention — honoring the spirit of the original structure while creating a practical, inspiring workspace. Portions of the old barn boards, even ones once chewed byhorses, were salvaged and reinstalled as a nod to the past. Painted wood floors keep maintenance simple, while north-facing windows and sliding doors flood the space with natural light. The original exterior barn doors were restored and rehung. Today, it’s a studio that celebrates both the creative process and the story of the place itself.
